Lead High-Voltage Design Engineer
Job Summary
Taking ownership of complex substation design projects, the full-time Lead High-Voltage Design Engineer will develop primary technology solutions for high-voltage projects (110kV-380kV) while collaborating with international teams to support the energy transition and ensure reliable power supply.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of primary technology solutions, including floor plans, plant layouts, and construction specifications for high-voltage projects
- Coordinate constructive interfaces across project workstreams to align technical design with project delivery requirements
- Produce and maintain project documentation using AutoCAD, Primtech, and/or Revit, applying BIM standards where applicable
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably with a focus on Energy Technology
- Significant experience in primary technical planning and project management for high-voltage projects (110kV-380kV)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primtech, and/or Revit for 2D/3D design and documentation
- Fluent in English with clear communication skills across international teams and stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop practical solutions to complex technical challenges
