Job Summary
Driving the migration from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Hightouch CDP, the remote Lead Hightouch Migration Developer will manage technical resources, design customer data models, and build audience activation pipelines while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SFMC to Hightouch migration activities and serve as the primary technical resource
- Translate existing SFMC journeys and segments into Hightouch-based activation workflows
- Design and implement customer data models and optimize SQL-based transformations
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Data Platforms, Marketing Technology, or Data Engineering
- Strong SQL expertise with complex transformations and customer segmentation
- Hands-on experience with Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
- Experience with Hightouch or warehouse-first activation platforms
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities
