Job Summary
Leading the migration from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Hightouch CDP, the full-time Lead Hightouch Migration Developer will manage customer data modeling, audience segmentation, and marketing activation workflows in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the SFMC-to-Hightouch migration and workflow conversion
- Build SQL transformations, audience segments, and activation pipelines
- Integrate data warehouses with CRM and marketing platforms
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Hightouch CDP and Reverse ETL
- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder and Automation Studio
- Advanced SQL skills with a focus on customer segmentation
- Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
- Knowledge of customer 360, identity resolution, and data modeling
