Job Summary
Leading the migration from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Hightouch CDP, the remote Lead Hightouch Migration Developer will manage data modeling, audience segmentation, and SQL transformations while collaborating with both business and technical teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the SFMC-to-Hightouch migration, focusing on journeys, automations, and audience segmentation
- Design customer data models and identity resolution rules, ensuring compliance with data governance standards
- Develop complex SQL transformations and collaborate with teams on data pipelines and integration issues
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in CDP, Marketing Technology, or Data Engineering
- Hands-on experience with Hightouch, Reverse ETL, or similar platforms
- Strong SQL and expertise in customer segmentation
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related tools
- Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
