Lead HRIS Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the maintenance and enhancement of the Workday HCM system, the full-time Lead HRIS Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to improve efficiencies, automate processes, and optimize system functionality while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage system administration, including business process configuration and design of Workday HR
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deploy solutions in an Agile framework
- Design and develop custom reports to meet business requirements and support Workday release activities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of experience with an HR ERP system development role, troubleshooting enterprise software applications
- At least 5 years of experience in Workday HCM with expertise in multiple modules
- Strong knowledge of Workday Security and report writing
- Hands-on experience with AI tools to improve productivity and automate tasks
