Lead IAM Architect

Job Summary

To support a digital transformation initiative, the temporary Lead IAM Solution Architect will work remotely during EST hours to design and implement enterprise identity solutions, focusing on Privileged Access Management and cloud identity strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise IAM reference architectures and strategic roadmaps across authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management
• Drive architectural solutions for Privileged Access Management and identity federation across hybrid environments
• Partner with infrastructure and cloud teams to integrate enterprise systems, APIs, and SaaS platforms using modern protocols

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in defining and implementing enterprise IAM governance and architectural controls
• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and deploying enterprise Privileged Access Management frameworks
• 8+ years of experience with Active Directory and 3+ years architecting Microsoft Entra ID solutions
• Strong practical mastery of identity standards including SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, RBAC, and ABAC
