Lead IAM Engineer
Job Summary
To shape the security posture of the enterprise, the full-time Lead IAM Engineer will design and implement modern, cloud-based Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform capabilities while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud-based IGA platform capabilities across the enterprise
- Collaborate with Cybersecurity and business leaders to develop the identity engineering strategy
- Evaluate identity services and drive recommendations to close governance gaps and reduce risk exposure
Required qualifications
- In-depth hands-on experience with IGA platforms such as SailPoint or Saviynt
- Strong experience with identity infrastructure including Active Directory, AWS IAM, and Okta
- Good knowledge of federation and access protocols: SAML, SSO, SCIM, and LDAP
- Extensive hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Platform and automation skills in Python
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, or related field
