Lead Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

Owning end-to-end implementations for large-scale enterprise customers, the full-time Lead Implementation Consultant will work remotely to configure the Brightflag platform, drive data migration strategies, and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation process.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex implementations for enterprise clients, ensuring timely and successful go-lives
• Act as a trusted guide for customers, building confidence with key stakeholders throughout the project
• Manage multiple simultaneous implementations, prioritizing tasks and addressing risks and escalations

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in a customer-facing implementation role at a B2B SaaS company
• Strong understanding of data ETL, migration tasks, and software/web technologies including SQL and RESTful APIs
• Excellent project management skills with expertise in planning and risk management
• Familiarity with waterfall and agile (Scrum) methodologies
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and Jira
