Lead Information Security

Job Summary

Leading the information security function, the full-time Lead Information Security will manage security programs across cloud security, architecture, and incident response while working remotely or onsite in Tbilisi.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct hands-on security architecture and technical security reviews for cloud, infrastructure, and product initiatives
• Design and implement security controls across GCP and AWS, including IAM and CSPM
• Drive vulnerability management and participate in penetration testing and security incident investigations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Information Security or Cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role
• Deep expertise in Cloud Security, Security Architecture, and DevSecOps practices
• Strong knowledge of GCP/AWS, IAM, CSPM, and vulnerability management tools
• Experience in a regulated FinTech or banking environment
• CISSP/CISM and OSCP or equivalent certifications preferred
