Lead Insights Analyst

Job Summary

Dedicated to enhancing business performance, the full-time remote Lead Insights Analyst will investigate performance trends, collaborate with stakeholders to provide actionable insights, and serve as the primary data contact for a specific business area.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate performance, trends, and forecasts across multiple traffic sources, providing recommendations to stakeholders
• Proactively identify opportunities for the data team to add value and collaborate with business and marketing teams to implement insights
• Act as the primary data contact for the business area, gathering requirements and prioritizing projects while communicating progress regularly

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics, including 1+ years in a leadership or senior mentoring role
• Expert-level SQL skills with a deep understanding of querying large, complex datasets
• Ability to communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at various seniority levels
• Familiarity with data from Google Analytics (GA4) and ad platforms such as Google Ads and Meta
• Experience prioritizing projects based on impact and communicating those priorities effectively
