Job Summary
Delivering high-quality virtual instruction, the part-time Lead Instructor: Data Center Technician will prepare and lead online lectures for diverse learners, collaborating with operations personnel to ensure exceptional learning outcomes while maintaining engagement during sessions.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and lead virtual classroom sessions for 30 to 300 learners, managing class dynamics and engagement
- Collaborate with operations personnel to ensure smooth program delivery and adherence to schedules
- Assist in lesson design and improvement, providing feedback to enhance course content and delivery
Required qualifications
- Experience in physical data centers or similar environments
- Strong teaching, training, or mentoring experience with the ability to explain technical concepts to beginners
- Fluent in English with professional verbal and written communication skills
- A+ or Network+ certification is a plus
- Empathy, flexibility, and a passion for supporting diverse learners in their career transitions
