Lead IT Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow AI solutions, the full-time Lead IT Analyst will work remotely to enhance software applications, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and adoption of ServiceNow AI solutions
- Develop, organize, maintain, and validate knowledge content utilized by ServiceNow AI tools
- Conduct workflow assessments and provide recommendations for process improvements and cost reduction strategies
Required Qualifications
- Experience using the ServiceNow platform
- Any active ServiceNow certification (CSA, CAD, CIS, or other ServiceNow certification)
- 3 years of ServiceNow experience or 5 years of general IT experience with ServiceNow
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor team members
