Lead IT Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support the global Serialization initiative, the full-time Lead IT Business Analyst will manage the planning, execution, and operation of Serialization projects across all internal manufacturing and distribution sites, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure robust implementation and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Provide oversight and participation in projects involving the development and deployment of Serialization functionality, ensuring robustness and consistency
- Communicate with users and business analysts regarding issue resolution and the impact of system changes within the Manufacturing area
- Author validation documents and assist in testing medium to high complexity solutions while managing reported incidents and issue resolutions
Required qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree required
- 2 years' experience in Serialization Packaging Level 2/Level 3 deployment and validation required
- 2 years' experience in Global Serialization, including US DSCSA and EU FMD required
