Lead IT Operations Specialist
Job Summary
Working remotely during the overnight shift from 11 PM to 7 AM EST, the Lead IT Production Operations Specialist will manage compliance with CUI protection requirements, conduct incident response activities, and ensure operational continuity by monitoring system health and addressing issues as they arise.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct reviews of data flows to ensure compliance with CUI protection requirements and organizational security policies
- Document incidents and resolutions while providing timely communication to stakeholders regarding service impacts
- Apply Agile and Lean methods to improve day-to-day production operations and create metrics for operational enhancement
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of related experience, including at least 2 years in production operations support
- Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Science or a related field
- Experience with incident triage and compliance gap remediation
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CMMC requirements and regulatory standards governing CUI
