Lead Learning Enablement Specialist

Job Summary

Owning the platform learning experience, the full-time Lead Learning Enablement Specialist will define product vision and strategy for AI-driven learning systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user skills on the Databricks platform.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-first learning systems
• Design contextual learning experiences that surface knowledge precisely when users need it
• Collaborate with UX and content design to create intuitive, embedded guidance and learning patterns

Required qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in product management, UX-focused product roles, or learning/education platforms
• Demonstrated experience owning a product area end to end, including strategy, roadmap, and feature shipping
• Experience building or working on learning systems, training platforms, or content/knowledge experiences
• Strong UX instincts with a track record of collaborating with designers and researchers
• Comfort working with data, defining metrics, and using analytics to understand user behavior and skills gaps
