Lead Learning Product Specialist

Job Summary

Owning the platform learning experience, the full-time Lead Learning Product Specialist will define and drive the product vision for AI-driven learning systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user skill development and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-first learning systems on the platform
• Design user experiences that provide targeted knowledge in real work contexts, minimizing interruptions
• Translate learning goals into platform capabilities, including adaptive learning paths and progress tracking

Required qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in product management or UX-focused product roles, preferably in B2B SaaS or data/AI products
• Proven experience owning a product area end-to-end, including strategy definition and feature delivery
• Experience with learning systems or training platforms, such as LMS or in-product guidance
• Strong UX instincts with a history of collaborating with designers to create intuitive user experiences
• Comfort with data analysis, defining metrics, and understanding user behavior and learning outcomes
