Lead Logistics ITO Specialist
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Lead Logistics ITO Specialist will manage inquiry to order operational activities, including RFQ management and budget creation for Heavy Duty Gas Turbine and Aero opportunities, while collaborating with various teams to develop optimized transportation models focused on safety, quality, and cost efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Define logistics ITO strategy and partner with Sales to track key deals and influence winning strategies
- Generate competitive logistics quotes and develop proposals that ensure accurate and competitive costs
- Monitor OTR lessons learned and incorporate feedback into the ITO commercial strategy
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain with at least 3 years of experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in the same fields
- Detailed knowledge of in-country logistics operations and governmental regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP applications
- Established project management skills and experience working in global teams
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to handle multiple priorities
