Lead Logistics ITO Specialist

Job Summary

To support logistics operations for Heavy Duty Gas Turbine and Aero opportunities, the full-time remote Lead Logistics ITO Specialist will manage inquiry to order activities, including RFQ management, budget creation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop optimized transportation models.

Key responsibilities

• Define logistics ITO strategy and manage feasibility studies for Heavy Duty and Aero opportunities
• Generate competitive logistics quotes and proposals while ensuring accurate forecasting and cost analysis
• Oversee ITO-OTR handover processes and monitor lessons learned to enhance commercial strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience
• Detailed knowledge of in-country logistics operations and governmental regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP applications
• Established project management skills and experience working in global teams
• Experience with LEAN principles and INCO terms or freight forwarding is a plus
