Lead Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the design and development of machine learning models and data solutions, the full-time Lead Machine Learning Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement MLOps practices, ensuring high-quality deployments and operational support in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models in alignment with business requirements
• Guide the training, validation, and optimization of machine learning models to ensure high performance and accuracy
• Provide strategic direction for writing high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code while fostering collaboration across teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or at least 9 years of experience in software development
• 6+ years of experience in machine learning, MLOps, and/or software development
• Proficient knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies, particularly MLOps and DevOps
• Expertise in relational databases and SQL, along with experience in developing cloud-based solutions
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins
