Lead Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

To support strategic objectives, the full-time Lead Machine Learning Engineer will design, develop, and operationalize machine learning models and data solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models and data solutions aligned with business requirements
• Guide the training, validation, and optimization of machine learning models to ensure high performance and accuracy
• Implement MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, to enhance model deployment and solution quality

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or at least 9 years of experience in software development
• 6+ years of experience in AI, ML, MLOps, and/or software development
• Proficient knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, particularly MLOps and DevOps
• Expertise in relational databases and SQL
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
