Job Summary

To develop and deploy advanced machine learning solutions for fraud detection and credit access, the full-time remote Lead Machine Learning Scientist will manage the entire machine learning lifecycle, from data exploration to model deployment, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deploy advanced fraud detection models to identify various fraud patterns
• Explore large datasets and engineer predictive features to create production-ready fraud solutions
• Own the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, ensuring solutions deliver measurable business results

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on machine learning experience with a proven track record in production environments
• Deep expertise in fraud modeling, particularly in fintech or financial services
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in feature engineering and model development
• 4+ years of experience with ML frameworks and cloud technologies like TensorFlow and PyTorch
• Experience leveraging generative AI tools in model development and analysis
