Lead Maximo Developer
Job Summary
To design and implement IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management solutions, the remote contract Lead Maximo Developer will manage hands-on development, guide teams, and ensure the quality of solutions in a large-scale federal enterprise environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, code, and implement Maximo applications and enhancements across functional and technical areas
- Develop algorithms and optimize relational databases to ensure platform performance and reliability
- Create software development plans and coding standards to guide project execution and maintain quality
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management, including technical and functional expertise
- Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo 7.x application configuration, MIF, Java customization, and BIRT report writing
- Proficiency in Java and Python programming, along with Oracle PL/SQL development experience
- Certified Maximo Deployment Professional certification required
- Experience leading developer teams and conducting code reviews to enforce software quality standards
