Lead Medical Assistant

Job Summary

Overseeing a team of Medical Assistants, the full-time Lead Medical Assistant will ensure clinical service excellence and operational efficiency while maintaining a patient caseload and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor the Medical Assistant Team, including setting performance expectations and monitoring KPIs
• Maintain a caseload of patients and coordinate care across a multidisciplinary treatment team
• Develop training plans and oversee scheduling to ensure seamless operations and patient safety

Required qualifications

• CCMA (Certified Clinical Medical Assistant) or equivalent certification is highly desirable
• 4+ years of experience in a medical support role, with previous people management experience preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in behavioral/eating disorders
• Preferred experience in virtual care settings
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
