Lead Mobile Full-Stack Engineer
Job Summary
Leading a geographically distributed team, the full-time salaried Lead Mobile Full-Stack Engineer will own the architecture and delivery of mobile and web applications, driving technical roadmap decisions and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the architecture, quality, and delivery of the React Native mobile application and React JS web surfaces
- Manage end-to-end delivery of mobile and web features, from technical scoping to production monitoring
- Lead and mentor a distributed engineering team, fostering a strong engineering culture and accountability
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of software development experience, with at least 5 years focused on mobile (React Native) and full-stack development
- Strong understanding of native iOS (Swift/Obj-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java) development
- Proven full-stack capability, comfortable owning or collaborating on BFF/API layers
- Deep expertise in React Native, React JS, TypeScript/JavaScript, and Node.js
- Experience with CI/CD, Agile methodologies, and open-source technologies
