Lead MS Project Scheduler

Job Summary

Owning and maintaining integrated project schedules remotely, the Lead MS Project Scheduler will manage complex implementations using Microsoft Project (MPP), lead scheduling sessions, and collaborate with project leadership to ensure milestones and risks are effectively tracked during standard Pacific Time hours.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project (MPP)
• Lead scheduling discussions and work sessions with stakeholders and project leadership
• Monitor timelines, milestones, and dependencies while proactively communicating scheduling risks

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Project (MPP) scheduling
• Proven ability to develop and manage complex, integrated project schedules
• Experience leading scheduling meetings with stakeholders and project leadership
• Strong understanding of scheduling concepts such as critical path and resource planning
• Experience providing guidance to junior scheduling or project controls resources
