Lead MS Project Scheduler

Job Summary

To support a large, complex implementation program, the remote Lead MS Project Scheduler will own and maintain integrated project schedules in Microsoft Project, lead scheduling discussions, and partner with project leadership to ensure milestones and dependencies are managed effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain detailed, integrated project schedules using Microsoft Project (MPP)
• Lead scheduling discussions and working sessions with project stakeholders
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and potential scheduling risks

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Project (MPP) scheduling experience
• Experience developing and managing complex, integrated project schedules
• Demonstrated ability to lead scheduling meetings with stakeholders and project leadership
• Strong understanding of scheduling concepts including critical path and resource planning
• Experience providing guidance to junior scheduling/project controls resources
