Lead Operational Risk Consultant

Job Summary

Responsible for assessing and monitoring the risk and control environment for the Global Customer Service & Operations organization, the full-time Lead Operational Risk Consultant will work remotely to support risk activities and enhance the Non-Financial Risk Management framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with in-country partners
• Maintain accuracy of regional process, risk, and control data within the GRC tool, OpenPages
• Support analysis of the risk and control environment through timely execution of risk activities, including Non-Financial Risk Assessments

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Risk Management/Assessment experience, including 2 years in the financial services industry, preferably insurance
• Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Risk Management, or related field
• Strong technical experience in identifying and implementing automation solutions for risk and control processes
• Ability to work independently in a remote role with a focus on delivery of outcomes
• Demonstrated flexibility with shifting priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
