Lead Partnership Operations

Job Summary

Responsible for transforming partnership strategies into scalable business implementations, the full-time Lead Partnership Operations will manage operational planning, cross-functional collaboration, and governance processes to support strategic partnerships and emerging business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operational planning for strategic partnership launches, establishing roadmaps and accountability frameworks
• Translate commercial partnership objectives into operational and technical implementation plans to accelerate time to market
• Drive cross-functional implementation efforts across various teams to ensure successful partner launches and operational readiness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• 5+ years of experience in business operations, partnership operations, or related strategic operations function
• Demonstrated success in leading complex cross-functional implementation initiatives from planning through launch
• Strong ability to translate commercial business objectives into operational requirements and scalable execution frameworks
• Experience working closely with Product and Engineering organizations, with effective communication between technical and business stakeholders
