Job Summary
Leading enterprise-level analysis, the full-time Lead Payment Integrity Systems Specialist will manage complex Payment Integrity systems, set technical standards, and serve as a senior business-technology liaison while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct enterprise-level analysis of Payment Integrity systems and data to identify risks and improvement opportunities
- Establish standards for technical reviews, data validation, and operational visibility across Payment Integrity systems
- Translate complex analysis into executive-ready summaries and strategic recommendations for leadership
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in healthcare, business, finance, accounting, information systems, data analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Payment Integrity systems, managed care claims systems, or healthcare analytics
- Advanced proficiency with SQL, Power BI, Excel, and reporting/analytics tools
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical direction and communicate effectively with senior leaders
