Lead Penetration Tester

Job Summary

Leading offensive security initiatives, the contract Lead Penetration Tester will develop and execute penetration testing campaigns, simulate complex attack scenarios, and create custom exploits while working in a high-impact environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute penetration testing campaigns targeting various infrastructure devices
• Create custom exploits and simulate realistic, multi-phase attack chains
• Document post-exercise findings and provide defensive recommendations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in penetration testing, ethical hacking, or red team operations
• Strong understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK and ICS ATT&CK frameworks
• Proficiency with scripting and automation in multiple languages
• Experience with offensive security tools such as Metasploit and Cobalt Strike
• Ability to document complex attacks for both technical and non-technical audiences
