Lead Performance Test Engineer

Job Summary

Leading performance engineering initiatives for complex enterprise and cloud-native applications, the full-time Lead Performance Test Engineer will design and execute testing strategies, build automated frameworks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability testing strategies for enterprise applications and APIs
• Build and maintain automated performance-testing frameworks and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines
• Analyze performance across applications, databases, and infrastructure to identify bottlenecks and provide optimization recommendations

Required qualifications

• At least 10 years of hands-on experience in performance testing or performance engineering for enterprise applications
• Expertise with NeoLoad or similar performance testing tools, including test design and execution
• Experience integrating automated performance tests into CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD or similar platforms
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native architectures
• Programming and scripting experience using Python, Java, SQL, and shell scripting
