Lead Platform Engineer, AI
Job Summary
Leading the evolution of cloud, security, reliability, and AI operations, the full-time remote Lead Platform Engineer, AI & DevSecOps will own the platforms and practices that enable engineering teams to build, deploy, and continuously improve production SaaS systems and AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the DevSecOps and AI operations roadmap, ensuring reliability, security, and developer productivity
- Design and implement secure, scalable AWS infrastructure for SaaS and AI workloads while automating deployment and monitoring processes
- Lead operational maturity of the agentic AI platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet regulatory standards and governance
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, SRE, or platform engineering
- Proven track record of designing and operating production AWS infrastructure for SaaS environments
- Strong hands-on experience with infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and operational automation
- Experience with AWS services such as EC2, ECS, RDS, and Lambda
- Practical understanding of secure SDLC and compliance in regulated environments
