Job Summary
Guiding a team of developers, the full-time Lead Power BI Developer will redesign and modernize legacy reporting solutions into Power BI, ensuring high-quality deliverables while working remotely for a temporary duration of 9 months.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and modernization of reporting solutions from legacy systems to Power BI
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to a team of 4 or more Power BI developers
- Collaborate with business partners and data engineers to ensure accurate data sourcing and reporting standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards in an enterprise environment
- Proven experience serving as a Technical Lead for a team of 4 or more developers
- Strong expertise in ETL and reporting/BI tools
- Deep understanding of data models, data visualization best practices, and enterprise reporting standards
