Lead Privileged Access Manager

Job Summary

Managing privileged accounts and supporting the Delinea Secret Server platform, the W2 contract Lead Privileged Access Manager will be responsible for troubleshooting production issues and ensuring secure access to critical enterprise systems over a duration of 6+ months.

Key responsibilities

• Manage privileged accounts across various platforms including Windows, Linux/Unix, and databases
• Create and maintain secrets, folders, permissions, and access policies in Delinea Secret Server
• Handle L2/L3 incidents and service requests while ensuring compliance with defined SLAs

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• Hands-on experience with Delinea Secret Server or Thycotic Secret Server
• Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux/Unix management
• Familiarity with incident and change management using ServiceNow or similar tools
• Basic knowledge of PowerShell, REST API, and SQL Server connectivity troubleshooting
