Lead Procurement Manager

Job Summary

Managing procurement strategies, the full-time Lead Procurement Manager will oversee purchasing processes for SaaS, cloud infrastructure, and IT services while working remotely and ensuring cost optimization and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve purchasing workflows and operational spending guardrails
• Own high-value enterprise technology agreements and optimize total cost of ownership
• Lead vendor selections and RFP processes, including detailed cost analysis and contract negotiations

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management in high-growth technology environments
• 2+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects
• Proven success in refining and scaling procurement processes within fast-paced settings
• Strong negotiation skills with experience in high-dollar SaaS and cloud agreements
• Financial literacy and experience managing departmental budgets in collaboration with Finance teams
