Lead Product Analyst for AI

Job Summary

As the analytics owner for HighLevel's AI products, the full-time Lead Product Analyst for AI will define feature-level KPIs, drive instrumentation coverage, and partner with cross-functional teams to measure and analyze the adoption and quality of rapidly iterating AI features in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own instrumentation coverage for the AI pillar by defining necessary events and properties for each AI surface and integrating them into the product roadmap
• Define feature-level KPIs and success metrics for various AI products, ensuring clarity and trust in what constitutes "working" and "adopted.
• Collaborate with the Experimentation & Causal Inference lead to design and interpret AI experiments, particularly for non-deterministic systems

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, or applied statistics with hands-on ownership of product metrics
• Proven ability to define success metrics and influence stakeholder adoption from inception
• Strong SQL skills and working proficiency in Python, with experience in a Snowflake + dbt environment
• Experience in defining event tracking and taxonomy, driving it into product roadmaps
• Ability to work with imperfect data and help improve data quality without rebuilding pipelines
