Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Product Designer to define and evolve the digital experience for users in the health care ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of user experience frameworks and visions across digital platforms
- Create design deliverables such as journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes
- Advocate for user experience and maintain a high standard of design quality
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or a minimum of four years of experience in lieu of a degree
- 7+ years of experience as a product designer, preferably in the health care industry
- Expertise in UX and product design, including advanced capabilities in Figma or similar tools
- Experience in leveraging qualitative and quantitative research methods for design decisions
- Demonstrated ability to balance near-term demands with long-term vision achievement
