Lead Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end design process for complex customer journeys, the full-time Lead Product Designer will shape high-quality experiences across currency, treasury, and payments products while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design from problem definition to launch and iteration
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and workflows in payments and digital assets
• Utilize research and data to influence design direction and cross-functional decisions

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product, UX, or interaction design with ownership of complex digital product experiences
• A strong portfolio showcasing product thinking and measurable impact on customer problems
• Experience in designing sophisticated workflows or platforms with interconnected products
• Strong systems thinking ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints
• Experience collaborating closely with Product Management and Engineering to influence strategy and execution
