Job Summary
Leading the design coherence of the FutureFit AI platform, the full-time Lead Product Designer will own the visual language and design system while managing end-to-end design for complex feature initiatives in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the platform's visual language, design system components, and accessibility standards
- Lead end-to-end design of major product areas and complex feature initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Conduct user research to inform design decisions and mentor team members on design quality and standards
Required Qualifications
- Deep product design experience in complex B2B/B2G or enterprise SaaS environments
- Proven ownership of a design system at scale with a focus on accessibility compliance
- Strong skills in information architecture and interaction design
- Experience designing AI-mediated or recommendation-driven user experiences
- Ability to conduct user research and synthesize findings into actionable design insights
