Job Summary

Seeking a Lead Product Designer to join the Preserve & Share team in a full-time remote role, responsible for driving design initiatives that enhance user engagement and emotional connections through family history sharing experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design initiatives from start to finish, ensuring consistency and quality across products
• Shape product strategy with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for increasing user engagement
• Translate customer insights into intuitive experiences that foster emotional connections and trust

Required qualifications

• Significant experience designing consumer products that drive engagement and customer value
• Strong systems thinker with the ability to connect customer needs to business goals
• Exceptional interaction and visual design skills, demonstrated through a compelling portfolio
