Lead Product Designer

Job Summary

Leading the design direction for product areas, the full-time remote Lead Product Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive interfaces and improve user experiences for frontline employees and administrators.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design initiatives for product areas, connecting customer needs with business priorities and technical constraints
• Create polished interfaces and intuitive interactions, ensuring usability and coherence in complex tools
• Collaborate with engineers and product partners to refine designs based on usability findings and integration constraints

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in leading design for complex digital products with substantial ownership of the user experience
• Excellent interaction and visual design skills, showcased through a portfolio of polished, usable interfaces
• Expert proficiency in Figma and strong prototyping skills
• Experience in evolving design systems and designing accessible interfaces
• Technical fluency with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers on feasibility and integration issues
