Lead Product Designer
Job Summary
Owning the design of the Discover platform, the full-time remote Lead Product Designer will identify opportunities, set design direction, and create AI-driven discovery experiences that enhance user engagement for both creators and consumers.
Key responsibilities
- Own Discover's design end-to-end, connecting platform insights to enhance user experience
- Design AI-driven interfaces and curation experiences that foster trust and relationship-building
- Prototype rapidly using AI-assisted tools and collaborate closely with engineers to ensure successful implementation
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product design experience with a focus on marketplace or two-sided platforms
- Proven experience as the most senior designer on a product area, setting direction and owning outcomes
- Genuine fluency with AI-assisted prototyping tools such as Cursor and Claude Code
- Proficiency in Figma for high-fidelity design and collaboration
- Strong alignment with company values and proactive communication skills
