Lead Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning the design for a critical product area, the full-time Lead Product Designer will identify opportunities, shape product direction, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own a product area end-to-end, framing problems and shipping experiences as a peer to Product and Engineering
• Design complex, multi-step product flows that balance creator needs and member experiences
• Prototype and test rapidly using AI-assisted tools and contribute to broader product strategy discussions

Required qualifications

• 5-7+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating systems-level thinking and complex multi-user flows
• Experience as the most senior designer on a product area, setting direction and owning outcomes
• Strong prototyping skills, with experience using AI-assisted prototyping tools
• Proficiency in Figma for high-fidelity design and collaboration
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to explain complex ideas and influence decisions
