Lead Product Designer

Job Summary

Elevating the craft of design across multiple product areas, the full-time remote Lead Product Designer will drive product design excellence, provide cross-functional leadership, and advance the design system while mentoring team members and ensuring high-quality user-centered solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design efforts to create cohesive, user-centered solutions that align with customer needs, technical constraints, and business goals
• Serve as the design lead for cross-functional squads, facilitating alignment and ensuring design quality throughout the product development lifecycle
• Demonstrate mastery of the design system and guide others in its effective application across products while identifying opportunities for evolution

Required qualifications

• 8-15+ years of UX design experience, particularly with business software applications
• BS/BA (or equivalent experience) in graphic design, interaction design, HCI, new media, or a related field
• Proven success in cross-functional collaboration with Product and Engineering teams in a fast-paced software environment
• High proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Jira, and Pendo
• A portfolio showcasing high-quality UX work and strong problem-solving capabilities
