Lead Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning end-to-end experiences within a business vertical, the full-time Lead Product Designer will operate in a remote environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design complex workflows and deliver high-impact solutions while leveraging AI tools for enhanced design processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and evolve complex workflows that cater to diverse user personas and consider ecosystem-level impacts
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define problems, identify opportunities, and deliver scalable design solutions
• Facilitate workshops and sessions to gather insights and drive teams toward clear design outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of design experience in complex or regulated domains such as fintech, healthtech, or enterprise SaaS
• Proven ability to create thoughtful, end-to-end workflows that address complex problems
• Strong grounding in user-centered design and systems thinking
• Experience engaging directly with users to gather insights and iterate on designs
• Educational background in design, psychology, applied anthropology, sociology, innovation, or equivalent relevant experience
