Lead Product Designer
Job Summary
As the founding design voice for Rentals, the full-time Lead Product Designer will own the end-to-end design process for both renters and property managers, setting the product vision and leveraging AI to rapidly prototype and test concepts in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for the Rentals experience, from search to lease
- Define the product vision and sequence the path from initial concepts to a market-ready product
- Collaborate with the Director of Product, Rentals to co-own strategy and tradeoffs
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as a product designer with a strong portfolio
- Experience in zero-to-one product development
- Proficiency in using AI tools in the design process
- Strong understanding of multi-sided marketplaces
- Exceptional attention to detail and craft in product design
