Lead Product Designer
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end design of Mobilize, a flagship product, the full-time Lead Product Designer will shape design direction across the product suite, influence roadmap decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead design for a flagship product, from problem framing to launch and iteration
- Establish design patterns and quality standards across the product suite
- Conduct research and usability testing to inform design decisions and champion evidence-based practices
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex, multi-surface projects
- Experience with AI functionality and designing within an AI pattern library
- Strong fluency in interaction design and visual craft
- Proven ability to contribute to and work within design systems
- Commitment to inclusive design and accessibility standards (WCAG)
