Lead Product Designer

Job Summary

To enhance user experiences on the platform, the full-time remote Lead Product Designer will lead design efforts for complex problems, collaborating with product managers and engineers to create intuitive workflows and establish design standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design initiatives from discovery to delivery, addressing complex, cross-cutting problems
• Transform ambiguous challenges into clear product directions while balancing user needs and business goals
• Raise design quality across the team through mentorship, critique, and establishing shared standards

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience designing digital products for B2B or data-rich environments
• Experience in rapidly scaling startup environments with an ownership mentality
• Proven track record in designing AI-driven tools and user experiences
• Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to simplify complexity and design effective UIs
• Systems thinking experience, contributing to design systems and scalable patterns
