Lead Product Designer

Job Summary

To elevate the design of an innovative digital gift card platform, the full-time Lead Product Designer will set the design vision, manage a design team, and oversee the end-to-end user experience, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the design vision and quality across core customer journeys, from discovery to redemption
• Design and ship end-to-end user experiences, including research, flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI
• Directly manage and mentor the design team, fostering cohesiveness and overseeing hiring and team dynamics

Required qualifications

• 6-9 years of product/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing shipped consumer or e-commerce products
• Strong e-commerce experience, preferably with fintech/payments exposure
• Expertise in Figma, including building and maintaining design systems and component libraries
• Demonstrated people management skills with direct leadership experience in managing product designers
• Comfort with data-driven design, utilizing analytics and A/B testing to inform decisions
