Lead Product Designer

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Lead Product Designer will work remotely to design intuitive interfaces and user experiences for frontline employees, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and design teams to enhance digital products and ensure usability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design direction for product areas, connecting customer needs with business priorities and technical constraints
• Create polished interfaces and intuitive interactions, ensuring coherence and ease of use for complex tools
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to carry designs through implementation, documenting behavior and resolving usability questions

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in designing digital products or software experiences, including web or mobile applications
• Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, visual communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience leading design direction for digital products, with responsibility for interface direction and shared patterns
• Professional experience using Figma to design product interfaces and maintain design systems
• Experience mentoring other designers through design reviews and providing hands-on feedback
